UNIVERSAL INVESTMENT
For UI’s new office environment at its Frankfurt location, the goals of fostering cross-departmental collaboration and flexible use of space were defined. The innovative implementation of the “New Work” concept offers employees numerous places for interaction and personal exchange. The design concept combines modern Scandinavian design elements, colors, and materials to create a stimulating and forward-looking work environment. Special areas such as the Heartspace and the Conference Space, the employee cafeteria, and the lounges on each floor—designed as the centerpiece of the space—serve as melting pots for great ideas and far-reaching concepts.

After approximately two years, the ambitious New Work@Timber Pioneer project has successfully completed its design and implementation phases. In the new office environment, employees benefit not only from the attractive, modern office spaces but also from the various quiet spaces and state-of-the-art communication zones.
Particularly noteworthy is the newly opened employee bistro, which has been received with great enthusiasm. The Heartspace and the lounges set up on each floor offer a high-quality environment for relaxation thanks to a diverse selection of seating options. The conference floor also impresses with state-of-the-art technology and a sophisticated design.
