WOW - LIVING LAB
In September 2019, on the initiative of W+P, the office fit-out company Vepa, the project management company GBP and the real estate consultancy W+P workspace consulting GmbH joined forces to rent the prominent 20th floor of the Westhafen Tower in Frankfurt am Main.
In 2020, the consultant for agile organizational and product development borisgloger consulting joined the trio.
The open-space office landscape extends over approx. 900 m² of usable space, is equipped with 30 sensors, 20 meeting options, 5 meeting rooms and 3 workdesks and today serves as a creative workspace for around 35 employees.

WOW - Working the Future!
WOW stands for Westhafen Office Works and showcases a diverse and smart working environment equipped with state-of-the-art technology and sensors.
Specifically, the concept is a so-called “living lab” that allows the partners to test the various aspects of agile and future-oriented working methods in a real working context.
In addition to participation, the system also benefits in particular from continuous analysis and feedback from users and customers, resulting in a process of continuous optimization and adaptation.
As WOW thrives on collaboration between many disciplines, various cooperation partners have already been added since the opening.
These partners can also use the premises as a living showroom and also benefit from the in-depth analyses and evaluations of the products.
In addition, further discussions are constantly being held with suppliers from the fields of acoustics, greenery and olfactorics in order to further develop the concept.
All in all, WOW is an ideal platform for all partners and customers to gain experience and develop individual ideas and possibilities - all of which drives creativity and innovation!
In addition, the various collaborations and differentiated sources of impetus and ideas supported the achievement of W+P's vision of realizing CO2-neutral projects.
