The competition
According to the WGMB, various criteria are decisive for the TOP CONSULTANT award Test criteria, primarily, however „a customer-oriented, SME-oriented consulting service“.
The reference customers provide information on this as part of a scientifically based process:
- How professionally did the consultants perform?
- How satisfactory was the consulting service?
- What impact resulted from the collaboration?
The results of the customer survey are evaluated together with other company data and are fundamental to the selection process.
The decision as to which consulting firms make it into Germany's consulting elite is made by the scientific management of the WGMB together with a jury. The scientific management is made up of Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink and Bianka Knoblauch.
The TOP CONSULTANT seal is only awarded to consultants who have been able to demonstrate a good or very good result through the scientific process.
