With the decision to rent two floors in the Fabrik, Munich, an intensive planning and design process was initiated. An overarching design concept for a diverse working environment was developed in line with requirements. State-of-the-art media technology, equipment, furniture and the structural parameters were harmonized in a holistic manner. Different types of use were used to emphasize the working method and special uses such as the Work Café with adjoining roof terrace were designed to encourage employees to identify with the Munich location.

As part of the project management, the W+P Computacenter team supported the on-time delivery of all user decisions required for the tenant fit-out planning. In addition, an overarching design concept was developed together with the customer, which was then coordinated and implemented with the interior decorator ProOffice.

The continuous review of the tenant fit-out costs and professional negotiations with the landlord ensured the highest quality implementation within the project budget. Thanks to the cooperative approach of the cross-company project team, the move-in in summer 2024 was successfully completed on schedule.
