After deciding to move from a temporary coworking space to its own rented space, the pharmaceutical company focused on obtaining approval to start operations, which determined the move-in date in advance. The ambitious schedule called for the space to be designed, completed, and ready for occupancy within just four months.

The result is a colorful and bold working environment that is consistently aligned with the corporate identity. The design features striking shades of pink and blue, emphasizing the client’s modern, authentic character. An open floor plan extends across one floor, leading visitors directly from the entrance into the spacious open space with a centrally located kitchenette. A pink neon sign, framed by a green high bench, sets a striking accent opposite the kitchen. Behind it, telephone booths offer quiet retreats for making calls. The centerpiece of the space is a large blue community table that invites interaction, flanked by two meeting rooms.

Continuous review of tenant fit-out costs and professional negotiations with the landlord ensured the highest quality realization within the project budget. Thanks to a cooperative approach within the cross-company project team, the move-in was successfully completed on schedule in the summer of 2024.
