OC&C DÜSSELDORF

Since the beginning of 2025, OC&C has had a new office in Düsseldorf, located in the historic old town in the Andreas Quartier. The aim of this project was to create a new attractive location characterized by a harmonious mix of open work areas, small partner offices and various retreats. Special consideration was also given to the design of an inviting kitchen, which is intended to serve as a social meeting place for employees to encourage interaction and interaction.

The new space was successfully completed less than a year after the project started and the employees moved in. Built in 1923, the building now combines charming historical elements with modern architecture. The former herringbone parquet flooring is complemented by contemporary carpet tiles, while height-adjustable desks allow for flexible working methods. The original 55 cm wide walls have been extended by elegant glass partitions with black frames, creating a clear, modern accent. The partner offices offer multifunctional use: with height-adjustable tables and swivel monitors, they can be used for both concentrated work and meetings with colleagues.

In summary, it can be said that the employees at the new location have a perfect start to the new company location, both in terms of the functional rooms and the equipment.
