OC&C MUNICH

Due to the company’s strong growth, OC&C decided to move into a new office in a central, attractive location. The aim was to create a working environment in which employees would immediately feel comfortable. In addition to the high functional quality of the rooms, the quality of the space should also be improved. The focus was therefore not only on optimal workplaces, but also on the design of an inviting cafeteria and a spacious terrace overlooking the rooftops of Munich.

After an intensive property search, a suitable space was found that extends over two floors, is connected internally via a staircase and has two terraces with a total area of approx. 90 m². Inside, an undulating office structure was created that combines open work areas with closed retreats and meeting rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the high-quality conference room, which can be extended into a spacious boardroom for over 20 people using a mobile partition wall – ideal for internal events and large customer meetings. Furthermore, a barrier-free WC was added as part of the conversion to meet accessibility and inclusion requirements.

Design highlights such as a green moss wall with logo and the Japanese-Scandinavian-inspired kitchens not only reflect the character of the new location, but in combination with the Düsseldorf office create a deliberate recognition value in terms of a uniform design identity.
