Following the “Stay vs. Go” process and the lease extension, the aim was defined as creating an agile working environment from the existing building that not only promotes collaboration but also responds flexibly to different work requirements. The use of the latest technologies was a key objective, as was improving the well-being of employees by creating communal zones and implementing an inviting design that creates a recognizable identity across all locations.

After more than three years of project work, two conversion phases and a pilot area, employees have responded extremely positively to the new work areas. The barista bar in particular, the “heart” of the new space, is used by many colleagues at lunchtime and has established itself as a popular meeting place. It is connected to the reception by an open staircase that invites people to sit down and gives the existing building a modern character.

The new conference floor with its unusual design, including a fireplace and a grand piano, offers space for special occasions. The goal was achieved: the existing building is no longer recognizable, the Swedish design characterizes all areas and employee satisfaction was increased through an inspiring working atmosphere.
