Based on this, we developed a tailor-made real estate and location strategy, including a preliminary and feasibility study to ensure the best possible utilization options.

We also focused on interior design and workplace concepts to create modern, functional working environments. We drew up a detailed implementation concept and took over the project management for conversion and modernization measures in order to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
