After more than two decades in the beautiful but substantially outdated old building at Taunusanlage 21, the time had come for GSK Stockmann to open a new chapter. Steady growth had already led to the company having to rent additional premises not far from the existing premises – this circumstance was also to be eliminated. They found what they were looking for in Westend Duo, just a few hundred meters away, and were able to agree on a new rental contract. Even during the planning process, it became clear that support was needed in managing all parties involved and in preparing and implementing the move in order to ensure a timely move in January 2022.

Thanks to active coordination and communication, we were able to ensure that we moved into the bright, friendly and prestigious premises in Westend Duo on schedule. The issues that arose in the course of regular building inspections and identified defects were resolved constructively in collaboration with the landlord team.
The extremely successful planning by UP Architekten resulted in modern, stylish arrangements of numerous offices, meeting and social rooms through to the tailor-made reception area.
The conversion of the numerous existing shelving systems, which were completely reconfigured for the new offices, posed the greatest challenge in a fundamentally smooth relocation process.
Following the relocation, the existing space was handed over to the respective owners, whereby our detailed examination and professional negotiation of the demolition obligations contributed to significantly reduced redemption costs for these obligations.
