HOGAN LOVELLS – CASINO

The aim of the project was to transform office space in a prominent location in the building into a central space that acted as a social condenser for the company. The space was designed to be exclusive and attractive to encourage interaction and collaboration between employees. In addition, the previously little-used large terrace was integrated into the design to create an extended, inviting space.

This has been achieved by providing supportive spaces and infrastructure for a high quality catering service and alternative meeting rooms that enable social interactions between working groups. The space is also used for after-work activities to encourage informal gatherings. A direct connection to the terrace provides additional seating while taking accessibility into account.

The result of this project is a vibrant and characterful space that brings together employees from different areas of the company while attracting new talent.
