INEOS STYROLUTION
Styrolution, the “offshoot” of BASF, had been growing steadily since 2011. A rented property no longer met the requirements of the young company. Above all, the working environment needed to be future-proof, agile, innovative and communicative. The search for real estate focused on large, contiguous spaces. The new working environment was to have an above-average proportion of meeting zones and attractive retreat areas. The project was to be completed in just eight months.

The entire design of the working environment was realized on two floors. Internal access is via two internal stairwells, which are connected to the work areas via interaction zones.
The fit-out took place in the revitalized “50Avon” property, which offers attractive rental space as well as various facilities (fitness center, central lounge with roof terrace, business center, etc.). In addition to the realization of the working environment, a new DataCenter was also developed. Almost all processes were redesigned and optimized. The interior concept takes into account the corporate identity guidelines in their entirety.
The project was completed on schedule within the tight time frame.
