The new building for “NOVENTI Health SE” (“awinta”) pursued several objectives. Part of this sustainable strategy was to consolidate the two original locations in Bietigheim-Bissingen at the train station, to increase the quality of the departments’ encounters and to focus on the company’s innovative strength.

A prestigious new building has made the company even more attractive to specialists and managers. The office concept supports flexibility towards activity-based working and establishes a long-term desk-sharing quota in the company. Modern IT systems complement the functions of the rooms.

After more than 5 years of working together as partners, the project team has successfully completed the “new building” project in Bietigheim-Bissingen. The interior fit-out stands for an open and modern office landscape with a fresh design. The classic work situations are complemented by great employee amenities, such as a fitness area, a staff restaurant and a roof terrace with a loft.

A special feature of the project was the freedom given to the project team to think and implement optimization approaches in all directions. Accompanying transformation processes, such as the development of rules of the game or the accompaniment of sampling, were actively promoted. The clearly structured communication across all levels ensured a smooth move-in.

Thanks to W+P, we can offer our employees a flexible working environment with many communication areas, which has been very well received by the employees thanks to the change process closely supported by W+P. Throughout the entire planning and implementation phase, NOVENTI and W+P were ONE team and together we mastered every challenge, often with personal commitment, but always kept our (own) sense of humor and were therefore able to laugh a lot – even at ourselves.
