Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH had already found a suitable location for successful business development in the metropolis years ago with the mainBuilding in Frankfurt. However, growth plans required a larger amount of space. In addition to a refresh of the semi-public areas (reception, conference area, staff lounge) in 2014, the company decided to relocate within the mainBuilding.
As a result, work began in 2017 to develop an occupancy concept geared towards growth. The aim was to create an appealing and individual interior design concept in the new space.

The development of a distinctive interior design concept was implemented as part of a structured decision-making process with the management. Company-specific corporate identity requirements played just as important a role as the need to shape identity and corporate values. The open space areas in two wings of the building were supplemented by various room configurations for retreat, concentration and communication. A central employee lounge acts as a connecting element within the space. The well-being of the employees is enhanced by a homely quality of stay, distinctive design elements and high functional quality.
