The international law firm Hogan Lovells LLP had already concluded a rental agreement in Frankfurt’s newest high-rise building, the Omniturm, during the construction phase. W+P was subsequently commissioned with the management of all parties involved as well as budget and deadline monitoring. In addition, W+P was responsible for the comprehensive tendering of furniture and fittings, supervised the installation of furniture and fittings and managed all relocation-related activities, including the clearance of the existing space and the review of dismantling costs.

As part of the project management, the W+P Hogan Lovells team supported the timely delivery of all user decisions required for the tenant fit-out planning, including the coordination of the design team. The continuous review of tenant fit-out costs and professional negotiations with the landlord, as well as an elaborate tendering process for furniture and fittings, ensured the highest quality realization within the project budget.

Despite the new lockdown situation for all project participants in spring 2020, Hogan Lovells’ move to the Omniturm was completed on time and on budget. Systematic risk management, transparent and proactive communication between all parties involved and a highly flexible and solution-oriented project team were key success factors.
