NASSAUISCHE HEIMSTÄTTE

The Nassauische Heimstätte Group is represented at four locations with around 480 employees at its main site in Frankfurt. The workplace capacities were exhausted, which is why a holistic concept for the development and management of the commercial buildings was to be developed.
This concept was intended to simplify administration and create an attractive and modern working environment. The “Innovative working environments” project with six sub-projects ran until 2018 and, as a first step, provided for the expansion of around 80 employees through a new lease.

An external lease of approx. 2,000 m² in the Westhafen Tower was created as a sub-project of the real estate strategy. An innovative open-space concept with numerous work options was implemented here. This new working environment is deliberately designed as a pilot project for the Group and is intended to help increase its attractiveness as an employer brand and increase the profitability of its use.
The pilot project will be scientifically evaluated during the first six months of use in order to incorporate the results into NH’s real estate strategy.

    • Real estate strategy with market and location analysis, building scoring and selection
    • Basic determination & needs analysis, space & function program
    • Tenant specification and negotiation support
    • Interior design of all special areas (reception, conference rooms, etc.)
    • Ideas competition & furniture tender
    • User consulting & project management for the owner
    • Change & relocation management

„The implementation of the pilot project is a big step towards the future for NH – open, transparent and colorful! The numerous offers are already giving users a lot of pleasure shortly after moving in.“
